UNIVERSAL JOINTS

Universal joints are commonly used in tensile loading applications to aid in maintaining axial load alignment.  Universal joints of any end attachment configurations and load capacity can be designed and  fabricated.

The particular 20,000 lb. load capacity universal joints shown in the photograph below were fabricated of 17-4PH stainless steel, with standard 1.25” diameter smooth bore to 1.50”-12 female thread ends.
